Quality of ingredients is very important and frequently shopping online for products with identical ingredients does NOT mean you are getting the same quality.

Ingredients need to be clean & toxin free, absorbable and potent. For example: all fish are toxic and companies need a special distiller to make sure there are no toxic metals, pesticides and insecticides in them. They definitely need a bioassay. Another study done on co-enzyme Q-10 products showed out of twelve companies, only two met the criteria for the correct amount of Q-10 and absorbability and two products had no Q-10 in them at all.
