Cardiovascular events are a major cause of poor health and disease and rank in the top four causes of death, which include strokes and heart attacks. Two others in the top four are cancer and prescription medications. Our way of life, dietary habits, diabetes and tobacco use increase the risks associated with developing cardiovascular health issues. Over the years I have used multiple supplements to help provide a healthier environment within our bodies. I use these personally and have seen definite improvements in several areas.
1. My #1 overall choice is CardioMiracle powder. It contains 55+ natural ingredients essential for energy and productivity, mental clarity and immunity. This is an all in one nitric oxide and D3 supplement drink. Lion’s Mane, Glutathione and NAC that have been recently added, along with the other ingredients, will promote mitochondrial energy production, bone & dental health, immune health, dilate the blood vessels, improve blood flow to the organs, support healthy blood pressure, with beneficial effects on the brain and kidneys. Excellent product for diabetics with only 10 calories per serving.
Dose: as on container, TWICE a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Available in the office or from- https://CardioMiracle.com/HinkleHealth. (discount available)
N.B. If you have trouble with viruses, take L-Lysine 100 mg; 1-2 per day in divided doses.
2. Neo 40 PRO available in the office or through Fullscript- https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/jhinkle. This product was developed by Dr. Nathan Bryan in Texas with many supportive studies at the university. Take one twice a day for two months as directed and then you may reduce to once daily. If you stop or miss doses for awhile, then redo twice a day for 45 days before going to once daily.
3. Vascular Defense available at the office only at this point; one capsule twice a day on an empty stomach. This is an excellent add-on choice for those with atrial fibrillation. This product can promote the prevention of clot formation and dilate the blood vessels too. It contains products that support Nitric Oxide production and three enzymes that work on decreasing the risk for clot formation.
4. Lipitrol OX: Found under the Fullscript link and the OrthoMolecular company. Importantly designed to support the body’s ability to maintain healthy vasculaar and HDL function, and ealthy levels of oxidized LDL, which research indicates is an important factor in maintaining proper endothelial function and cardiovascular health.
5. Chelation has been around since the 1950’s. A ten year study was done in the 21st century showing a definite benefit (better than any statin study by the way). This can be done by IV, or by rectal suppoitories, which is also less expensive. We offer both of these at our office.
6. Congestive Heart Failure (CHF); Cardiomyopathy Office Products: RibosCardio 2 scoops and Co Q-10 (200-300 mg)
7. European Peptides for heart attack recovery and atherosclerosis. [Office; once monthly x 10 months]
Remember, diet (Mediterranean/anti-inflammatory) is king. Exercise and weight management too.
Alternative dosing that can save some money if needed. To do this you wold take Neo 40 twice a day for 45 days and then go to one daily. (If you stop, you would need to repeat.) One daily will help maintain the nitric oxide production from your endothelial cells in your vessels. Along with this you would take the CardioMiracle at 1⁄2 dose twice a day.
8. Cholesterol-Lipids: Mediterranean 1200 calorie diet or anti-inflammatory diet is the king of treatments. The two supplements listed below can be of help in supporting healthy lipid metabolism.
9. Statins: I am generally not in favor of these. Too many side effects and I do not think their theory is correct. See the attached comment under the tab: Statins. Much like the disagreement between Pasteur and Bechamp; Pasteur focused on infectious agents as the cause of disease, while Bechamp said it was the terrain (your bodies environment); it is my opinion that current medical thought in this area is misguided. The medical field took after killing the “bugs”, even though on his death bed Pasteur is said to have stated Bechamp was correct. I agree with Bechamp. So, with cardiovascular disease, it is my opinion (along with many others) that the focus should not be on the cholesterol level, but the lifestyle factors that promote the inflammation. An option is to choose diet, omega oils (2-4 gms) and tumeric/curcumin products to help achieve an equivalent anti-inflammatory effect that the statins provide. Again, see the drop-down tag on statins. Do your own research.
The following statement is for you. “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.” It is my opinion that these products can help support your body in its healing response.
